Our team has operated on IT market since 1995. From the very beginning, our aim was to deliver the highest level of our services as well as provide optimized solutions to our Customers. During our long-term operation on the IT market we have served diversified groups of Customers and thanks to it we gathered knowledge and experience enabling us to solve almost every IT problem that can emerge in your company. The acquired experience led us to establish ROCKA company which we consistently develop, providing services at the highest level.

Our main goal is to create highly non-failure systems and provide our Customers with technical support in the shortest time possible.

IT outsourcing

Main branches of our business activity involve:

• IT outsourcing - Comprehensive support and management of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) systems including IT outsourcing, especially designing, building and managing IT systems, providing hardware and software as well as consumables needed for system operation; implementation of distributed IT infrastructure – based on Virtual Private Network (VPN) or other technologies as needed; we also deliver technical support for company telephone network,
• Creating, implementing and administrating web applications, building centralized Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, especially internet systems and applications – such applications can support company statutory tasks as well as a specific project,
• Building web portals and websites – complementary to our range of products that are web applications; what is distinctive about our applications is full intuitiveness and simplicity in use, being essential in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems; moreover, our websites are excellently indexed in search engines, so important in this type of product. We provide our Customers with authorial and proven solutions fully adjusted to their needs.

IT systems implementation

The scope of our services includes implementing IT systems; we are the authorised dealer of Sage Symfonia systems. We also support implementation of Asseco, Enova, RAKS systems. We build our systems on the base of Microsoft Windows in connection with AD domain of Windows Server system as well as systems basing on Linux. We build hardware systems using solutions of such companies as: Dell, Lenovo, HP, Cisco, Linksys and many more depending on requirements of the system we worked with, or means available.

We support the implementation of more specialised systems such as SAP or JDEdwards.
